Premier is an exclusive Program Type that gives greater marketing opportunities to the top 30% of Our partners. Partners must meet a set of criteria to be selected as a Premium Partner, as well as pay a premier partner fee, which may be waived in our sole discretion.
Only one partner from any particular service category will be selected as a Premier Partner. Premier Partners get both prominent placements in the Volusion marketplace and receive special co-marketing offerings. Additionally, Premier Partners can expect to receive additional marketing and promotions to Merchants over partners in other Program Types.

How to Remain Eligible as Premier Partner
After You have been a Premier Partner for 60 days, we will review the partnership and verify Your eligibility every quarter to ensure you are satisfying the criteria outlined below:
If we determine that you are at risk for ineligibility, we will communicate with you and provide you with improvements that must be made, and the timeline in which to make them, in order to remain in this Program Type.
If We determine that You are unable to satisfy the eligibility requirements or the partnership is otherwise no longer beneficial, we reserve the right to move you into a more appropriate Program Type, or terminate the Partnership Agreement with 30 days notice.
How to Leave the Premier Partner Program Type
You can opt out as a Premier Partner by providing notice of your intention to leave this Program Type to [email protected] 90 days prior to the end of your term. Your status as a Premier Partner will change at the end of that term. If you have any issues leaving this Program Type, please contact your partner account manager.
